Slash commands

Type / at the start of a message in a campaign or session composer to run a command. A command tells the assistant exactly which job to do, so you don't have to describe it.

Commands only work at the very beginning of a message. A / anywhere else — in a date like 01/11/2026, or in a link — is just text.

/clone — copy an artifact into this campaign

Type /clone, then @ and pick the thing you want to copy. That's all it needs:

/clone @Spring Welcome

The copy lands in the campaign you're working in, named Copy of Spring Welcome, as a draft. Nothing about the original changes.

You can add instructions after the reference if you want something different:

/clone @Spring Welcome and name it "Summer Welcome"

What you can clone: email templates, blog posts, images, social posts, web pages, email drafts, automations and files.

What you can't clone yet: contacts, segments, events, whole campaigns and sessions. The assistant will tell you if you ask for one of these.

/copywork-webform — rebuild a form from another page

Paste a link to a page that has a web form, and you get your own copy of that form as a draft web form artifact:

/copywork-webform https://example.com/signup

The copy keeps the original's look and feel — its colours, fonts, field sizes, spacing, button styling, and the boxes and headings around grouped options — along with every field, its label, its placeholder and whether it is required. What it does not keep is the other site's logo or imagery: your own brand logo goes in the header instead. It also leaves behind the original's hidden plumbing (tracking parameters, anti-spam fields, and the form's own submit address), because your copy submits to your workspace, which is the point of rebuilding it.

Fields that match a contact field are mapped automatically. Anything with no match is still shown on the form and still collected — it just isn't mapped.

You can add instructions around the link:

/copywork-webform copy the form at https://example.com/signup and add a
phone field

If the page has more than one form, you'll be asked which one, listed by heading and field count. Nothing is built until you choose.

If no form is found, you'll be told. The scan sees the page as it loads, so a form that only appears after a click, a later step of a multi-step form, or anything behind a sign-in can't be reached — send the direct link to the form instead.

Asking in your own words

Every command is also something you can simply ask for. "Clone my welcome template" does the same thing as /clone @Welcome template, and "copy the signup form from this page" does the same thing as /copywork-webform. The command only removes the guesswork.
